• Approximate location — derived from IP geolocation or, if you grant permission, device location used to read WiFi SSID on Android.
• Technical logs — crash reports, API request metadata, and timestamps needed to operate and secure our services.
• Support communications — if you email us.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use information

• Provide network tools (IP lookup, ping, speed test, WiFi diagnostics).
• Authenticate the App with our backend and deliver remote configuration.

4. Permissions (Android)

WireCraft may request:

• Internet & network state — required for all network features.
• WiFi state — to show connection information.
• Fine location — Android requires this to access WiFi SSID on many devices. We use it only for WiFi-related features when enabled.
• Notifications — optional, for future product updates if you opt in.

5. Third-party services

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. IP geolocation may rely on third-party data sources. We will update this policy if we add material new processors.

6. Data retention

Diagnostic and server logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your choices & rights
