These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WireCraft mobile application and website operated by Hand Crafted 307 LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using WireCraft, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

WireCraft provides network diagnostic tools including IP information, ping, speed testing, and WiFi-related features. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WireCraft to attack, scan, or disrupt networks without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with our servers, APIs, or other users.

3. Accounts & API access

The App may register a device identifier with our backend. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or poses a security risk.

4. Disclaimers

WireCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Network measurements are approximate and depend on your device, carrier, and third-party endpoints. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for critical decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hand Crafted 307 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WireCraft.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
